Constructions from the 17th century, the houses in the Historic Center of Guimarães, which in 2001 were classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, use granite, complemented on the upper floors by caster rammed earth with plaster placement as a final coating, over the which artisanal paints are applied. These building techniques, with medieval roots, have continued to be used to this day as they are an easy construction process. Usually with a ground floor and two townhouses. Balustrade balconies in wood and attic roofs. Completely handcrafted, this is an authentic miniature reproduction of the typical Houses from the Historic Center of Guimarães and can be displayed on the wooden stand (included) or hung on the wall.
