Shipping policy

At We Are Portugal, we want your shopping experience to be hassle-free from beginning to end. That's why when you order with us, you can rest assured that your products will be delivered to your home as quickly as possible. Our customer service team is here to communicate with you every step of the way so that you may have an accurate time frame of when your shipment will arrive. 

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1 business day. These are guarantee shipping times. We ship items out Monday - Saturday. No items are shipped out on Sundays. If we become aware of any delays or if there should be unexpected changes, we will notify you via email. 

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all our items when purchased online to addresses in the continental US only. We ship to the address provided at checkout. 

The domestic standard delivery transit time frame is 3-5 business days once the product leaves our warehouse. 

Although standard shipping is indicated at checkout, we might ship out via other methods if we feel that it will be more cost and time effective. 

All merchandise will be shipped by either UPS, FedEx, USPS or Trucking Company depending on weight, size and destination of the shipping address provided by you. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada from the United States to the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan.

We also offer international shipping to Australia and the United Kingdom (UK).

The final shipping cost to Australia, Canada and UK is dependent on the total weight and size of your package(s) as well as your destination. You will be informed of all the costs associated with your order before the final check-out.

Your order shipping costs do not include additional taxes or custom fees. Duties and taxes vary by country. If you would like to know more about the duties and taxes in your country, please check with your local customs office website.

Change Of Delivery Address 

For change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. 

P.O. Box Shipping

We Are Portugal will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations. 

Delivery Time Exceeded 

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can investigate. 

Tracking Notifications 

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. 

Cancellations 

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
